List of Terrific Twitter Tools
If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
While I’m out spending all my hard earned money on an early Christmas Shopping spree, I thought you might enjoy playing with some fabulous Twitter tools. If you haven’t yet heard of Twitter, it’s a fun, unique social networking community that simply asks 1 single question: What Are You Doing?
As I come across more Twitter tools, gadgets and gizmo’s, I’ll be updating this list and getting it into some type of order .. but for now, here they are - in no particular order:

- Twitbox For Windows
- GTwitter
- Twitter Tools (Wordpress Plugin)
- Twitteroo (Windows Desktop Client)
- Twitterific (For Mac’s!)
- Post To Twitter (Firefox plugin)
- Twitterbar (Firefox plugin)
- Tweetbar (Firefox sidebar)
- TwitTwoo (Wordpress plugin)
- RSS2Twitter (Convert RSS feeds to Twitter Posts)
- Twitter Badges (Display your Twits anywhere)
- AutoTwit (Schedule Your Twits)
There are tons more out there and I’ll be updating this list as soon as I recover from shopping lol. Until then, if you know of any Twitter tools, gadgets or gizmo’s please tell me about them in a comment!
And don’t forget to check me out on Twitter!

There’s a great little tool called TwitterBerry for those on a Blackberry. It’s got some quirks to it that I’ve found - for example, I have to have it go and check the latest tweets before I can submit one, but it’s a great money saver. It uses HTTP to post the tweets instead of SMS, so you don’t have to dig into your SMS quota, and since I have an unlimited data plan and NOT an unlimited SMS plan, it works great for me.
I finally was able to use Twitter Tools now that they support Wordpress 2.3. It was very frustrating before they supported it.
Thanks so much for the comment Wayne, and for the reminder to get adding to the Twitter list lol.
I’m beginning to think the list of Twitter gadgets may be endless, but hey, that’s not such a bad thing! I love the automation these tools provide, as I’m sure you can appreciate with your Blackberry too
